    SBA Loans

SBA loans are one of the most trusted financing options for small businesses. These government-backed loans offer low-interest rates, long repayment terms, and flexible down payment options — ideal for working capital, real estate, or business expansion.

    What makes SBA loans different

SBA loans are made by banks and approved lenders, with part of the loan guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. That guarantee lowers the lender's risk, which is why SBA loans can offer long repayment terms, competitive rates and down payments starting as low as 10%. Start-ups with a limited track record can qualify too.

    The three main programs

The SBA 7(a) loan is the general-purpose option, used for working capital, buying a business, expansion, equipment and refinancing. The SBA 504 loan is built for owner-occupied real estate and major equipment, with terms of up to 25 years on real estate. SBA Express trades a smaller maximum loan for a faster decision.

    What to expect

SBA financing usually involves more paperwork and a longer timeline than other options, which is the price of the favorable terms. Our network of SBA lenders and our help packaging the application keep the process moving and avoid the back-and-forth that stalls many applications.
