Actual availability, amounts, rates, fees and timelines depend on each lender's underwriting and on factors such as the property or business, your experience, your credit and the documentation provided, and they may change without notice.
Where we state that a term sheet can be provided within 24 hours, that time is measured from our receipt of a complete deal package. A term sheet is an outline of proposed terms; it is not a loan approval or commitment.
Contacting us or requesting financing does not guarantee approval, funding, or any specific terms. All financing decisions are made solely by the lenders based on their underwriting guidelines and risk assessments.
We may receive compensation from lenders, funders, or other transaction participants for referring clients or facilitating loan originations. This compensation relates solely to loan origination and placement. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetise your personal information, your contact details, or your consent to be contacted. This compensation does not affect the integrity of our recommendations, and we remain committed to transparency and fair dealing.
We do not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
